I've created my first Info-graphic! It is an explanation of how to change how we respond to events in our lives. Before I became a therapist I, like most people, thought that events happened and I reacted. What I learned and this Info-graphic explains is that it's more complicated than that! In fact the part we don't notice is actually where we have to work to make change.
I've also included in this Info-graphic a little information about how to become more aware of what is causing us to react by paying attention to our environment, our thoughts, feelings and bodily responses when we react and don't know the cause.
